Fall Service Project/Mission Trips
 
October 19, 2024: Rock River Christian Camp, Polo, IL
RRCC Work day - Raking Leaves, Splitting Wood, Cleaning, Maintenance
Breakfast at 8AM
Work begins at 8:30AM
Lunch at Noon
Work as late as 3PM


November 9, 2024: Inner City Mission, Springfield, IL
Sign-Up is happening right now!
Our goal is a group of 12  (5th grade - 90yrs+)
A family can sign-up and come serve together!

9:30AM-11:15AM: Landscaping or painting in the morning
11:30AM: We prepare lunch to serve and eat with current residents and visitors
(We are responsible for bringing food and preparing it)
1-3PM: Lead and participate in a fun activity with those current residents and visitors


Our service trip to Rock River Christian Camp May 30 and 31st went great.
We were able to put on two coats of stain on the climbing wall and playground equipment.
We were also joined by several other men and women looking to serve at RRCC.

Our evangelism trip to Still Waters Ranch in
Barbourville, Kentucky at the end of July 2024 went great.
We helped hand over 100  back packs full of school supplies to families for the 2024 school year.
We planned and led a  3 day VBS at Still Waters Ranch.
VBS included a meal, a snack, games, songs, Bible lesson, Bible memory verses, wagon rides, petting animals, fishing, and an elephant bounce house.
We shared the gospel each day with at least 16 children and 2-3 parents.
For VBS we spent an average of 3hrs a day in transporting the youth and adults.
We also spent each morning and evening doing chores around the ranch.
We ended each day with sharing about what God was doing around us, devotions, planning the next day, and prayer.
